Ms. Bunner is responsible for Moody National Companies Asset Management activities as well as managing the closing process for real estate acquisitions.

Prior to joining Moody National, Ms. Bunner served as a Director of Situs Realty Services.

Ms. Bunner graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Ms. Prenatt is Vice President of Property Management at Moody National Management Company. Ms. Prenatt has over 18 years experiencing in multi site class A, B, and C portfolios in varied markets.

Prior to joining Moody National Management Company in 2004, Ms. Prenatt was Regional Property Supervisor for Acacia Equities, Regional Supervisor for Charter Realty Group, and a Multi-Site manager for Finger Companies.

Ms. Prenatt is currently a Certified Property Manager Candidate with The Institute of Real Estate Management.

Mr. Malish has been involved in the commercial construction and development industry for over 10 years in various management, operational, and executive roles.

Prior to joining Moody National Companies, Mr. Malish worked for Hoar Construction, a nationwide construction firm, specializing in large commercial construction projects. Mr. Malish's responsibilities include the day to day management of all of Moody National Companies construction and development projects.

Mr. Malish holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Gould is responsible for overseeing and asset managing the hospitality assets for Moody National Companies. He has more than 26 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked for Marriott, Hilton, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Carlson and Starwood branded hotels. Prior to joining Moody National Companies, Mr. Gould spent 15 years with Interstate Hotels and Resorts, the largest independent hotel management company, where he was a Regional Director of Operations.

Mr. Gould has received the designation of Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association.

Ms. Street has more than 28 years in the title insurance industry including management, closing, examination, audit and underwriting experience. Prior to joining Moody National, she opened and managed three agencies for major national underwriters and has provided training to real estate professionals outside of the title industry.

Ms. Street's responsibility with Moody National is to oversee the development, management, underwriting and closing of the Company's real estate portfolios.

For Moody National and its clients, Mr. Sims has underwritten the acquisition and development of over $200 million in commercial real estate, as well as debt and equity placements in excess of $500 million for raw land and commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Sims graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University in 2000.

Mr. Lee is responsible for building and maintaining the Company's broker/dealer relationships as well as informing the marketplace about upcoming offerings.

While serving as Moody National's Director of Investor Services, Mr. Lee closed over $500 million in transactions totaling over $200 million in TIC equity

Mr. Lee has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University.

Since joining Moody National Companies, Ms. Sadka has helped close over $400 million in real estate transactions including over $100 million of TIC transactions.

Ms. Sadka graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.

Ms. Bullock is the Director of Marketing for Moody National Companies. Ms. Bullock is responsible for creating and managing Moody National Companies strategic marketing activities.

Prior to joining Moody National Companies, Ms. Bullock served in various Marketing, Public Relations and Event Planning capacities.
