As founder of Moody National Companies, Mr. Moody has closed more than 200 commercial real estate transactions totaling over 2 billion dollars and has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience owning, financing and managing office, hospitality, multi-family and retail assets throughout the country.

Mr. Moody's responsibilities at Moody National Companies include creating and managing the companies' strategic alliances, as well as overseeing the operational, financial and strategic activities within the companies.

Mr. McRae has over 15 years of management experience in various executive level positions for privately held and publicly traded companies.

Prior to joining Moody National Companies, Mr. McRae was a partner at Houston Partners Technology Group, a worldwide venture capital firm. Mr. McRae's day-to-day responsibilities include managing all financial and operational activities within the companies.

Mr. McRae has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and a M.B.A. from University of Houston.

Ms. Hamelet has over 16 years of marketing, sales and property management experience and is exceptionally skilled at employee recruiting and training.

Prior to joining Moody National, Ms. Hamelet was with Graystar Asset Management overseeing various Mid Rise and High Rise developments and properties. For 10 years she was with Finger Companies, as a Regional Supervisor responsible for the leasing of Class A multi-family communities through out the country.

Ms. Hamelet received a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from The University of Texas in 1989.

Mr. Woods has over 25 years of experience in property management, facilities management, and administrative services with Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Moody National, Mr. Woods was Director of Facility Services for Enron with the responsibility for the management of over 2.5 million square feet of property including the 50-story Enron Center Campus at 1400 Smith Street, and a 40-story, commercial office tower 1600 Smith Street. During his tenure Enron Mr. Woods received the Building Owners and Managers Association's prestigious "International Office Building of the Year" award for corporate facilities as well as the "Energy Star" award, the EPA's highest award for energy efficiency.

Mr. Woods is a licensed Realtor® and is a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Mr. Hopson is an attorney, a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Financial Planner, and a Register Investment Advisor. While practicing law, Mr. Hopson specialized in tax, estate planning and asset protection.

Prior to joining Moody National Companies, Mr. Hopson was Dean of the College of Management for a Michigan University as well as Chairman for the College of Business at a state university in New York. Mr. Hopson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dallas Baptist University, a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Hopson has published numerous business articles and has been a frequent speaker for CPA societies.

Mr. Engel is Chief Financial Office of Moody National Companies. Mr. Engel is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Property Manager, and Certified Commercial Investment Member.

Prior to working at Moody National Companies, Mr. Engel served as an executive with several real estate management and development companies. As Chief Financial Officer for a publicly-reporting Real Estate Investment Trust, Mr. Engel was responsible for all registration statements and periodic reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Engel a Bachelor of Business Administration of highest honors in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Wilk is General Counsel of Moody National Companies. Prior to joining Moody National Companies, Mr. Wilk worked for the worldwide law firm of Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, specializing in commercial real estate and energy transactions, including the sale, acquisition, leasing, financing and development of hotel, office, retail, industrial and energy facilities.

Mr. Wilk holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Doctor of Jurisprudence, both from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mary E. Smith is General Counsel - Securities of the Moody National Companies. Prior to joining Moody National Companies, Ms. Smith was an attorney at Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP, where she specialized in corporate and securities transactions with an emphasis on the representation of sponsors in private placements and real estate syndications, including limited partnerships, limited liability companies and tenant in common interests. Ms. Smith has acted as securities counsel on over $1 billion of tenant in common acquisitions, including office buildings, retail centers, shopping malls, apartment buildings, assisted living facilities and hotels.

Ms. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Political Science from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall).

Mr. Bebee is responsible for managing Moody National Companies acquisition of commercial real estate in all property types.

Prior to joining Moody National he worked as an investment banker at Challenger Capital Group.

Mr. Bebee began his career as an analyst in Real Estate Private Equity at the Blackstone Group, and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
